Abogados. Curs\u00f3 sus estudios en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Chile. Se titul\u00f3 de abogado en 1979. Tiene el grado acad\u00e9mico de Mag\u00edster en Derecho Penal con menci\u00f3n en Derecho Penal Econ\u00f3mico por la Universidad de Chile (1985).<\/p>\n<p>Cuenta con una dilatada trayectoria como asesor de empresas y como abogado litigante en materias comerciales, civiles y penales, mereciendo especial menci\u00f3n la defensa de las m\u00e1s importantes causas de Derecho Penal Econ\u00f3mico. En sus 30 a\u00f1os de activo ejercicio profesional ha participado en las m\u00e1s variadas \u00e1reas del Derecho y como abogado negociador en grandes transacciones econ\u00f3micas nacionales e internacionales, como asimismo, en el manejo de situaciones de crisis econ\u00f3micas, financieras, corporativas, societarias y comunicacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Fue cofundador de la Universidad de Las Am\u00e9ricas de Chile y de la Universidad de Las Am\u00e9ricas del Ecuador y Secretario General de la primera desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 1989 hasta el a\u00f1o 2006. Es Profesor de Derecho Penal y de Derecho Penal Econ\u00f3mico y miembro del Instituto de Ciencias Penales de Chile. Es Director de diversas empresas. Abogados. He completed his studies the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He received his law degree in 1979.He has a Masters in Criminal Law with mention in Economics Criminal Law from the University of Chile (1985). He has a vast experience as corporate counselor and as trial lawyer in commercial, civil and criminal law, being part of the most important trials in Economic Criminal Law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cccc99;\"> During his 30 years of practice he has worked in several areas of the Law, acting as Negotiator Attorney in large international and domestic transfers, as well as in economic, financial, corporate, societal and media crisis management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cccc99;\">He is a co-founder member of the Las Am\u00e9ricas University of Chile and Las Am\u00e9ricas University of Ecuador, and Secretary General of the former since its foundation in 1989 until 2006. He is Professor in Criminal Law And Economic Criminal Law and member of the Criminal Sciences Institute of Chile.
